เงื่อนไขรายการส่งเสริมการขาย
- สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับการจองห้องพักที่กำหนดกับโรงแรมที่เข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขาย “โรงแรมใจดี ฟรีเครดิตโรงแรม” (“รายการส่งเสริมการขาย”) ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันโรบินฮู้ด สำหรับการเข้าพักตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2565 – 31 ตุลาคม 2565
- ผู้ที่เข้าพักจะได้รับเงินเครดิตสำหรับใช้จ่ายภายในโรงแรมในระหว่างการเข้าพักมูลค่าสูงสุดถึง 40% ของราคาห้องพัก ต่อการทำรายการจองหนึ่งครั้ง (มูลค่าเงินเครดิตที่ได้รับจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่แต่ละโรงแรมกำหนด)
- ระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายสำหรับการจองโรงแรมที่เข้าร่วมรายการ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2565 – 31 กรกฎาคม 2565
- ผู้ที่จองโรงแรมสามารถตรวจสอบการได้รับสิทธิพิเศษตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ได้ ผ่านทางอีเมลยืนยันการจอง และจะได้รับเงินเครดิตจากโรงแรมเมื่อเช็คอินเข้าพักโรงแรมตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
- ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบประเภทห้องพักที่กำหนดและโรงแรมที่เข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ โดยสังเกตชื่อหมวดหมู่ “โรงแรมใจดี ฟรีเครดิตโรงแรม” และ แสตมป์สิทธิประโยชน์บนรูปห้องพัก ในแอปพลิเคชั่นโรบินฮู้ด

- ประเภทของห้องพักที่มีสิทธิพิเศษรับเงินเครดิต และการใช้จ่ายเงินเครดิตภายในโรงแรมระหว่างที่เข้าพักนั้น เป็นไปตามที่แต่ละโรงแรมที่เข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้จะเป็นผู้กำหนด บริษัทฯ ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการกำหนดรายละเอียดประเภทของห้องพัก และการใช้จ่ายเงินเครดิตภายในโรงแรมใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- เงินเครดิตสำหรับใช้จ่ายภายในโรงแรมนี้ ไม่สามารถโอน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
- สำหรับกรณีทำรายการยกเลิกการจองโรงแรม ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายการยกเลิกการจองของแต่ละโรงแรมที่กำหนดไว้ และการยกเลิกการจองโรงแรม ผู้ที่จองโรงแรมจะไม่ได้รับเงินเครดิตตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้แต่อย่างใด
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข รายละเอียด สิทธิประโยชน์ และยกเลิกรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนการมีผลบังคับใช้ เว้นแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นที่ไม่อาจแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าได้ และในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทให้ถือคำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ เป็นที่สิ้นสุด
